  • Do you relocate businesses ?
    Yes! We have relocated residential and commercial businesses across the UK.
  • Can I purchase any packing material from you?
    Yes, we can supply you with any packing materials required.
  • Is there anything you can not move?
    We do not move any hazardous materials, animals, statues, stolen or perishable goods, drugs, explosives & firearms.
  • Do you charge differently on weekends?
    Weekend rates are marginally marked up from weekday rates, because we pay our staff overtime.
  • Do you work on Bank Holidays?
    Yes, we are available. We are available on April, May and August bank holidays. We are closed on Christmas day, Boxing day, and New Years Day.
  • Are you able to recycle furniture?
    Yes, we are registered to use the recycling and refuse tips. We also partner with charities if you have any items you may choose to donate.
  • Do you do Evening/Overnight Removals
    Yes, but these may incure a higher rate.
  • What Insurance cover do you have?
    As a standard we have Goods in transit, Limited liability, Public liability and Employers Liability insurance.
  • What are your payment methods?
    You can pay by card or bank transfer. Businesses who would like to pay on invoice can fill out an application form to do so.
  • Would it be possible to have a same day move?
    Yes, but it is subject to availability. Get in touch with us and we will let you know the available time slots.
  • Do you charge for cancellations?
    You will not be charged if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Can you help with a partial house move?
    Yes. If you just want to transport items such as household furniture or personal belongings to a different location, we can help.
  • Do you do student removals?
    Yes we do! We have helped students move from various locations and cities
